Sizing

Some of our items fit true to size, however other items have an oversized fit. Therefore, we recommend you take a close look at the product page of the item you’re interested in for specific sizing information.

Damaged items
We’re sorry that the item that you purchased is damaged. You can contact us via phone or mail, and we’ll provide you with a solution as soon as possible. Please do not send damaged items back to us without contacting us first. You will need an authorization code to ship back a damaged product.
 
Wash instructions
All items in our collections come with a care label. We strongly recommend you to always follow the instructions on this label. If you have additional questions or you want further advice, please get in touch with us via phone or mail.
 

Returns

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Our returns policy allows you to return products unused within 14 days of receiving them. You can open the parcel and check the contents. Once we’ve received your returned item(s), we will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible. Returns will only be accepted when items are unused, unwashed, with all original Once We Were Warriors labels attached and in the original packaging. 

For hygiene reasons, underwear briefs, bodies, swimwear and masks cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please make sure the return shipping label is inside your package.

The cost of returning the purchase is for the customer, as this is part of our sustainability program. Items sent back to our office are not liable for refund.

Return procedure
By law you have the right to return your articles within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. Within this period u can
look, try, and judge the article like you would do when you buy it in a store.
The period of withdrawal expires 14 days after:
• The day that the article is in your possession:
• Where goods are delivered in multiple lots or pieces; from the day on which the consumer acquires the physical
possession of the last lot or piece
The conditions

As stated below, apply to returns:

• Clothing should not have been worn or washed

• There should be no signs of food stains, make-up, body odours or cigarette smoke on the items

• No attemps should have been made to repair defects

• The cost of return is for buyer's account

• Sale items can be returned against the same terms

Instruction
1. Please note all items must be returned in their original condition, with all garments tags still attached and in the original packaging. Returns that do not adhere to this policy will, unfortunately, not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

2. Check the box of the item(s) you want to return in the return column. Please also fill in your reason for return, using the reason codes below.

3. Pack your items back in the box and be sure to include this Return Note.

Order confirmation

Right after you’ve placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Your order will be processed as soon as possible. Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an additional email with the tracking information. You can use this information to track the shipment of your order until it is delivered. Delivery time
We offer the following shipping schedule:
 
Deliveries within the Netherlands:
All orders will be delivered within two working days. 
 
Deliveries within Germany and Belgium:
All orders placed before 2 pm on working days, will be delivered within three working days
 
Deliveries within the European Union:
Three to five working days
 
Deliveries in all other countries:
Three to six working days
