Some of our items fit true to size, however other items have an oversized fit. Therefore, we recommend you take a close look at the product page of the item you’re interested in for specific sizing information.
We’re sorry that the item that you purchased is damaged. You can contact us via phone or mail, and we’ll provide you with a solution as soon as possible. Please do not send damaged items back to us without contacting us first. You will need an authorization code to ship back a damaged product.
All items in our collections come with a care label. We strongly recommend you to always follow the instructions on this label. If you have additional questions or you want further advice, please get in touch with us via phone or mail.


Our returns policy allows you to return products unused within 14 days of receiving them. You can open the parcel and check the contents. Once we’ve received your returned item(s), we will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible. Returns will only be accepted when items are unused, unwashed, with all original Once We Were Warriors labels attached and in the original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, underwear briefs, bodies, swimwear and masks cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged.

You have 14 days to return your order after receiving it. Orders must be returned unused and in the original packaging. Furthermore, items have to be unwashed and with all labels still attached. Return costs are not covered by Once We Were Warriors.

Fill in the return form that’s enclosed in your order and add it to the parcel. If you don’t have a return form, you can download a blank one here.

After shipping your return, you should receive a receipt with a tracking code so you can track the shipment. Please hold onto this receipt as it is your proof of shipment. To ensure the arrival of your return, we strongly recommend sending the parcel by registered mail. If the return is not shipped using registered mail, Once We Were Warriors cannot be held liable for missing items.

Once we have received your return, we will do our best to process it quickly.

We will refund you as soon as possible within the 14 days of receiving your return. We always refund the amount to the bank account/credit card you used to place the order.

If you use your right of return you will be solely charged for the costs of the return shipping. In case of a return caused by a wrong delivery from us we will cover the shipping costs.

Orders & delivery

It can take up to two hours after you have placed your order for you to receive the confirmation email. Please also check your spam inbox.

Right after you’ve placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Your order will be processed as soon as possible. Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an additional email with the tracking information. You can use this information to track the shipment of your order until it is delivered. Please check your spam inbox for this email.

We offer the following shipping schedule:

Deliveries within the Netherlands:
All orders will be delivered within two working days. 

Deliveries within Germany and Belgium:
All orders placed before 2 pm on working days, will be delivered within three working days

Deliveries within the European Union:
Three to five working days

Deliveries in all other countries:
Three to six working days

Please note that all destinations marked with an asterisk * are outside of the EU and may be subject to additional customs and duty charges. We cannot know in advance what these charges may be and they will be payable upon delivery.

We advise contacting your local customs office to get an estimation of charges prior to placing an order so that you can anticipate any potential additional costs.

Any orders placed under a free shipping promotion may still be subject to these charges.
